To claim an item during our livestream, comment the item number or item name clearly in the live chat.
Once your claim is confirmed, a non-refundable retainer is required to hold your item.

Bags: $50 retainer
This retainer helps prevent cancellations and keeps the claiming process fair and organized for all shoppers. Your retainer will go toward your final invoice total.

Invoice Payment Timeline
Once your invoice is sent, payment is due within 24 hours.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, your items will be canceled and your retainer will be forfeited.

Please only claim items you are fully prepared to purchase. Claiming an item removes the opportunity from other shoppers who are ready to buy.
We do not allow removals, cancellations, or repeated invoice adjustments once items are claimed.
Repeat cancellations may result in being blocked from future lives.
